Tiago Da Silva
On March 12, 1984, Tiago Da Silva was born in São Paulo. From his childhood, he follows in his family footsteps by immersing himself in Carnival. He grew up under the guidance of his father Luiz and teacher Higor, becoming a professional percussionist. His in-depth knowledge of Brazilian culture led him to create engaging rhythms for São Paulo Carnival. With the Tatuapè school, he shines in the Sambodromo, achieving the role of percussion “mestre” and winning first place in the 2018 Carnival for the second consecutive time.
In his spare time, Tiago embraced soccer, embarking on a professional career that took him from Argentina to Italy at only 19 years old. While successful in sports, he did not forget his roots and decided to combine Brazilian culture and fitness. With the support of a close friend, Claudia Di Stefano, the Sambafit Official® brand was born, a project that shares the irresistible rhythm of Tiago’s music first with Italy and then with the world.
His global influence is evident in the more than 18 countries he has visited, where he has presented master classes and music at major international fitness events. “Eu to Maluco” and ‘Merengue De Favela’ are now worldwide hits, purchased by Zumba Fitness and included within the Zumba Instructor Volume. Other hits have reached over 20 million views, demonstrating his ability to collaborate with national and international talent.
With Brazil in his heart and family as his support, Tiago combines his love of Brazilian culture, musical talent, and passion for fitness to create the “Ritmo Fit Dance” brand.

I was born in the city of San Cristobal, Venezuela. My mother Margarita, Venezuelan, strong, loving, beautiful and a warrior, and my father German, Colombian, gallant, intelligent, wise and exemplary. I grew up in a family of strong and independent women. I lived in Colombia for 10 years as a child, so my heart belongs there too. At
21, I had my first company in Venezuela and then I founded a second one. The difficult situation in my country made me migrate to Germany in 2017. There I began my integration, studying the language and then I entered the world of sports. For 5 years I studied everything related to fitness training, both personal and group, obtaining a large number of licenses, a diploma in Sport and Health Instructor (Sport- und Gesundheitstrainer) and a title of Fitness Trainer and Administrator (Sport-und Fitnesskauufrau). My passion for sport united my way with Tiago Da Silva and with him a beautiful community that is now a part of me. Now in this new stage, we are going to work as a big Family with love and respect. My goal as manager is to take our program to all parts of the world, grow our community, change lives and make people happy.
