These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on Ritmo Fitdance Webshop and Ticketing System by individuals residing in Italy. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Ritmo Fitdance Webshop.
Products
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to display settings or manufacturing changes. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
Ordering Process
To place an order, follow these steps:
Add the desired products to your cart.
Proceed to checkout and enter the required billing and shipping information.
Review your order and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Complete the payment process.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
If we cannot process your order for any reason, we will notify you by email or phone.
Prices and Payment for Products and Tickets
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT (where applicable). Prices do not include shipping fees, which will be added during checkout.

Shipping and Delivery for Products

Right of Withdrawal (Reso e Recesso)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with D. Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo).
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
Notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at customer-support@ritmo-fit.com or by filling out the withdrawal form provided on our website.
Return the product in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Returns and Refunds for Products
In addition to the right of withdrawal, we accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact our customer service at customer-support@ritmo-fit.com within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a return. We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect products.
Warranty
All products sold on Ritmo Fitdance Website are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your product is defective, contact us at [Insert Email Address] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Limitation of Liability

Ticket Purchase Process
Tickets for Ritmo Instructions and Ritmo Events are available for purchase through our official website or authorized platforms. The purchase of tickets constitutes a binding transaction between the buyer and the organization.
Pricing and Availability
Ticket prices are as stated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or additional fees, which will be applied during the purchase process. The availability of tickets is subject to supply at the time of purchase.
Prohibition of Resale
Unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased through unofficial channels or unauthorized resellers will be invalid and may be canceled without refund.
Event Changes
The organization reserves the right to modify the venue, date, and time of the event. In the event of significant changes, buyers will be notified via the contact details provided during the purchase.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled due to reasons beyond the organization’s control (such as extreme weather conditions or force majeure), tickets will be refunded according to the organizer’s policies. Tickets will not be refunded for minor changes to the event.
Refunds for Cancellations
If the event is canceled in full, buyers can request a full refund of the ticket price via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within [X] days following the event cancellation.
No Refunds for Date Changes
Refunds will not be provided if the event is rescheduled to a new date, but buyers will have the option to exchange their tickets for the new event date.

Entry to the event will only be allowed for ticket holders with valid tickets.
Behavior at the Event
Attendees must behave respectfully during the event. The organization reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the event who is causing disruptions, violating safety rules, or interfering with the experience of other attendees.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees, we kindly ask all participants to adhere to the following dress code:
We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. If attending outdoor events, please dress according to the forecast, as the event may take place in varying weather conditions.Comfortable and sturdy shoes are encouraged. Closed-toe shoes are preferred, especially for those attending events in stadiums or other areas with uneven surfaces. Avoid wearing high heels, sandals, or flip-flops for safety reasons.
Personal Safety
The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the capacity to attend the event (e.g., adequate health conditions for the sports activity). The organization is not liable for any injury or damage incurred during the event.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. In the event of loss or theft of electronic tickets, the organization is not responsible and will not provide refunds.
Intellectual Property
All content on Ritmo Fit Dance, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Ritmo Fit S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
